Responsibilities

Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information
Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and handling cash transactions accurately
Scheduling clients for personal training sessions.
Perform tours of the club to prospective members.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, professional interactions at all times
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall customer experience

Skills

Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or recommend products based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for success in this role
Proven experience in customer support enhances your candidacy
Proficiency in general computer skills for data management
Ability to handle inbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism
Experience with cash handling, typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed logs is desirable
