Position Overview

Southern Print Company is looking for a motivated Customer Service & Production Associate to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while also being hands-on with production tasks. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers while helping ensure that projects are completed accurately, on time, and to our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Greet and assist customers in-store, over the phone and online.
  • Process orders, handle inquiries, and provide product recommendations.
  • Manage transactions through our POS system.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional customer experience.

Production & Operations

  • Assist in the preparation, printing, and assembly of customer orders.
  • Operate equipment safely (training provided).
  • Ensure quality control for all products.
  • Restock, organize, and maintain production areas.
  • Schedule and prioritize production tasks to meet deadlines

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members to meet deadlines.
  • Provide support across multiple roles when needed.
  • Contribute to a positive, solution-oriented work environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office and production areas

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Previous customer service or production experience a plus (training provided)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable working with printing equipment and materials.
