Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage personal lines client accounts
- Quote new accounts
- Process renewals and quote customer accounts as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with agency principles to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and skills
- Knowledge of insurance coverages and administration is preferred
- Proficient in TAM or related agency management software preferred but not required
