Full job description

H. Risch, Inc. is hiring a full-time Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join our Rochester-based office team. This is an in-person role supporting our B2B customers and internal sales reps.

We’re a family-owned manufacturing company that’s been making premium menu covers and hospitality presentation products since 1935. As part of a small and collaborative team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives the high-quality service Risch is known for.

What You’ll Do:

Answer phones and emails, helping customers with orders, product questions, and pricing
Enter and process sales orders and invoices accurately
Coordinate shipping, logistics, and sample requests
Support our sales team with quotes, mock-ups, and custom project tracking
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth order process from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of customer service or sales support experience
Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (CRM experience is a plus)
Comfortable working in a small office environment where your contribution matters
