Dealership Operations Associate

Hitched Up Trailers - Valley, NE

Starting salary: ~$48,000/year

Position Overview

Hitched Up Trailers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dealership Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our growing trailer dealership.

This role combines customer interaction, sales support, rental coordination, inventory management, and operational support. It is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants the opportunity to grow with a business over time.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with trailer purchases and inquiries

Answer phone, email, and online leads

Coordinate rental trailer check-in/check-out

Support parts sales and service scheduling

Maintain accurate inventory and pricing

Assist with improving dealership systems and processes

Support general dealership operations

Qualifications
