Job Summary

Lesser, Landy, Smith & Siegel, PLLC is seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Digital Content Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a thoughtful storyteller with a passion for creating engaging digital content that builds brand awareness, strengthens community connections, and supports strategic marketing goals.

The Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and analyzing high-quality digital content across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and video channels. This position plays a key role in supporting the firm’s referral-based growth by showcasing our people, our values, and our results in an authentic and strategic way.

This is a hybrid position and may require occasional evening or after-hours event coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Produce high-quality, audience-focused digital content that reflects the firm’s values and reputation, including:
  • Social media posts and campaigns
  • Blog posts and website content
  • Email newsletters
  • Short-form and long-form videos
  • Graphics, infographics, and visual assets
  • Capture content at firm and community events, including photography and video.

Strategy & Planning

  • Assist in the development and execution of the firm’s digital content strategy.
  • Manage and maintain content calendars across platforms.
  • Research relevant topics, trends, and opportunities aligned with the firm’s brand, values, and audiences.

Platform Management

  • Publish and manage content across digital channels, including:
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube
  • Firm website
  • Ensure timely, consistent posting and engagement.

Editing & Optimization

  • Edit and refine content to ensure consistency with brand voice, tone and messaging.
  • Implement SEO best practices for web and blog content.
  • Optimize email and social content for reach, engagement and performance.

Performance Analysis

  • Track and analyze content performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience with video editing tools, email newsletter platforms, and graphic design software.
  • Comfort working with content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
  • Ability to learn new tools, platforms, and trends quickly in a fast-moving digital environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and engage external audiences.
  • Must be a self-starter who is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
