Job Functions:

Completion of all maintenance service requests from work orders to direct assignments.
Become Familiar with property management software. Close work orders appropriately. This includes creating invoices, tracking time spent on each job and material purchased per repair.
Perform tasks associated with plumbing, carpentry, drywall repair and painting
Able to diagnose HVAC & plumbing issues
Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, toilets, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, floors, and building exteriors
Schedule and complete preventative maintenance. Report progress on outstanding issues
Assist with maintenance of grounds such as trash pick-up, sweep sidewalks and light landscaping
Perform all assigned walk-throughs and complete checklists
Complete unit turns in preparation of new resident move-ins
Assure safety practices are used that comply with all company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines
Follow Pro X Property policies and procedures and comply with Fair Housing, state, and federal laws
Regular, on-time attendance
Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
Verify subcontractor/vendor work as completed when assigned.
