Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator to manage daily scheduling and field operations. This role is critical to ensuring our technicians are deployed efficiently and our customers receive timely, professional service.

Duties

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls and installations
  • Coordinate daily routes to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time as needed
  • Serve as the central point of communication between field technicians and management
  • Maintain accurate records of jobs, schedules, and customer interactions
  • Assist with invoicing, work orders, and data entry
  • Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or operations coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing schedules
  • Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and/or CRM systems
  • Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in service-based industries (HVAC, plumbing, utilities, or water treatment)
  • Familiarity with routing or dispatch software
  • Experience coordinating field service teams
