$20–$25/hr | Monday–Friday | Indoor Electrical Install – No Field Work

Air2O is hiring an Electrical Apprentice in North Phoenix, Arizona for a full-time, indoor manufacturing role.

This is not a field electrician position. No attics. No rooftops. No driving from job to job. All work is performed inside our clean, climate-controlled production facility.

Perfect for entry-level electricians, trade school graduates, or apprentices looking to gain hands-on experience in commercial HVAC electrical installation.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Electrical Apprentice, you will:

  • Install and wire commercial HVAC units inside our manufacturing facility
  • Pull wire and terminate electrical connections
  • Perform low-voltage wiring and component installation
  • Follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Test units prior to shipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

This role focuses on electrical installation, wiring, and HVAC unit assembly — not residential service work.

Requirements

  • Entry-level electrical experience
  • Experience pulling wire or performing low-voltage wiring
  • Ability to read basic wiring diagrams or electrical schematics
  • Alarm, AV, HVAC, or general electrical installation experience is a plus
  • Reliable, coachable, and willing to learn
