Entry Level Customer Consultant

This position offers in-depth training in all areas, ensuring you are set up for success. A qualified candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing our newest business opportunities, and providing high quality service!

Responsibilities:

• Working one-on-one with customers and clients
• Understand customer needs and quickly provide solutions
• Manage, update, and maintain customer accounts
• Create reports of all customer interactions
• Identify new business opportunities
• Supply high quality customer service
• Build the skills to increase customer loyalty
