As a vital member of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless transactions and client satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Escrow Assistant to fulfill the pivotal role of Funder. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the entire shipping and funding process for both residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities

· Oversee the receipt and deposit of funds, ensuring accurate balancing of files and efficient disbursement of funds.

· Prepare and send documentation to lenders and relevant parties for funding approval.

· Scan and archive files into our cloud storage system for easy access and retrieval.

· Facilitate the shipping of completed packages to lenders.

· Record legal documents accurately in various counties.

· Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager and Attorneys to support team operations.

Qualifications

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in a title company or a related field.

· Proficient in computer skills, with the ability to navigate various software platforms.

· Possess a confident telephone presence for effective communication.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

· Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

· Self-motivated, with a track record of successfully prioritizing tasks in a busy environment.

· Familiarity with SoftPro and SmartView is a plus, though not required.
