Company Overview

Job Overview
We are looking for an individual who is dedicated, detail oriented and enjoys working as part of a team. An individual who can handle several projects at one time with excellent organizational skills and the ability to look ahead. Has the desire to learn new things and be a catalyst for growth at Mc. B Paving. The individual needs to have strong problem-solving skills and flexibility as well as manage time and responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, calculate and compile data for the estimating and bidding process of both private and public work.
  • Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Understand details of project and scope of work by reviewing proposals, plans and specifications
  • Assist with management of and monitoring of projects from pre-construction to completion, including field quality control
  • Maintain regular communication regarding status of projects with owners and construction managers
  • Produce project schedules
  • Coordinate with superintendent, foreman, crew members, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Represent Mc. B Paving during project meetings
  • Be an integral part of preserving the core standards and values of Mc. B Paving while stimulating progress to promote growth

Qualifications:

· Estimating experience, preferred

· Experience managing asphalt projects, preferred

· Valid Driver’s License

· Drug Free
