Event Decor Production Crew

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking set up crew to support our event decor team. This position involves physical labor, and requires the ability to work well under pressure while paying attention to detail. The ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and tear down of event decor according to provided layout plans
• Transport and handle decor items with care to avoid any damages
• Ensure that all decor items are in good condition before and after events
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution of set up
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas
• Packing and unloading of trucks
• Returning equipment and materials from events
• Warehouse organization and cleaning

Requirements:

• Prior experience in set design or event production is preferred but not required
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items up to 60lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain class E license to drive company cargo vans and box trucks
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
