As the Chips & Salsa Event Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in curating memorable experiences within our women-focused event facility. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring the success of events, meetings, and book clubs games and other organized actives. Your focus will be on creating a welcoming atmosphere where women can gather, connect, and indulge in a sophisticated blend of wine, mocktails, and delectable charcuterie boards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

· Oversee the efficient operation of the women-focused event facility.

· Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for wines, mocktail ingredients, and charcuterie items.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Maintain cleanliness and ambiance to enhance the overall customer experience.

Event Planning and Execution:

· Collaborate with clients to plan and execute women-centric events, meetings, and book clubs.

· Develop creative themes and concepts for events to enhance customer engagement.

· Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.

· Staff Management:

· Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members, including servers, event coordinators, and support staff.

· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Customer Service:

· Ensure exceptional customer service by personally engaging with guests and addressing their needs.

· Handle customer feedback and implement improvements based on suggestions.

· Beverage and Culinary Expertise:

· Demonstrate knowledge of wines, mocktails, and charcuterie to assist customers in making informed choices.

· Collaborate with chefs to curate a menu that complements the beverage offerings.

· Marketing and Promotion:

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the facility and its events.

· Utilize social media platforms to create awareness and attract a diverse clientele.

Financial Management:

· Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

· Track financial transactions and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Women's Empowerment Initiatives:

· Actively participate in community outreach and engagement to promote women's empowerment through events and collaborations in Fremont County, social media and more.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in restaurant or wine bar management.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

· Passion for creating unique and inclusive experiences for women.

· Knowledge of wines, mocktails, and charcuterie.
