Position Overview: As a Client Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations by handling various administrative and operational tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include running and working various operational reports, scheduling client meetings, managing multiple calendars and maintaining data in several technology applications. This role is essential for ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the business and requires a high degree of accuracy and proficiency with technology.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Relations: Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships through active communication with clients, processing client requests, resolving inquiries, and making sure key information and documentation remains current.
· Account Management: Monitor and manage numerous account maintenance reports, ensuring all action items are distributed to appropriate parties and accurately addressed.
· Data Management: Maintain and update client records and account information in our internal systems.
· Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for annual calendar maintenance, coordinating calendars and ensuring that client meetings are scheduled.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm-specific guidelines during all operational processes and ensure that compliance monthly, quarterly and annual obligations are completed.
· Technology Utilization: Serve as primary point of contact to manage the firm’s various software and technology platforms.
Qualifications:
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
· Experience: Prior experience in a client service or administrative role is preferred, but not required.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software and technology platforms.
· Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information and operational tasks.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service.
· Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.

Compensation Range
Base Salary Range: $45,000 to 60,000 with additional bonus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
