Experienced Field Specialist

Oddjobr Services, LLC is a fully licensed and insured residential and commercial contractor based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We provide reliable, high-quality services to homeowners, property managers, and business owners throughout Southeast Wyoming.

We are looking for a dependable, skilled professional who can lead by example, solve problems in the field, communicate well with clients and crew, and take pride in high-quality work.

This is not an entry-level position.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled residential and commercial construction work
• Lead and support field crews on active job sites
• Keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule
• Troubleshoot issues and make sound decisions in real time
• Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely
• Communicate professionally with clients and management
• Maintain clean, safe, organized job sites
• Train and mentor less experienced team members

Qualifications

• 2+ years construction or trade experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of general construction required
• Experience in landscaping, remodeling, window and door removal and installation, framing, roofing, concrete, plumbing, repairs, and/or equipment operation strongly preferred
• Leadership ability and jobsite awareness
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
