Westbrook Veterinary Hospital in Pelham, MA is looking for a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated, friendly team.

Veterinary experience is required for this role—we’re seeking someone who understands the unique rhythm of a veterinary hospital and has the skills to hit the ground running.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the welcoming face (and voice) of our practice—connecting with clients in-person, over the phone, and online. Your work will help ensure that every visit runs smoothly and that clients feel informed, valued, and heard.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and texts efficiently and with empathy
  • Scheduling appointments, surgeries, and procedures
  • Checking patients in/out and maintaining accurate electronic medical records
  • Handling payments and processing refunds
  • Assisting with patient triage and recognizing emergencies
  • Communicating effectively between clients, doctors, and technicians
  • Educating clients about services, medications, and preventative care
  • Keeping the reception area clean and organized
  • Jumping in to support the team wherever needed—no task is too small!

The ideal candidate is:

  • Experienced in the veterinary field (this is a must!)
  • Compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic about both animals and people
  • Friendly and confident, with exceptional communication and phone skills
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities with grace
  • Comfortable with veterinary terminology and able to understand patient histories
  • A team player who brings positivity and accountability to every shift
  • Not afraid to ask questions, own mistakes, or roll up their sleeves
