Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Field Service Technician to perform on-site services for residential and commercial clients. This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform exterior cleaning services including:
Window cleaning (interior & exterior)
Pressure washing & soft washing
Permanent holiday lighting installation & removal
Cobweb dusting & related services
Operate company equipment safely and maintain cleanliness/organization of tools.
Communicate professionally with customers and address any concerns on-site.
Follow job checklists, complete before/after photos, and submit work records.
Work in varying weather conditions and safely use ladders/heights when required.
Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and represent the company brand.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to/from office.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors, and be comfortable on ladders/heights.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Prior experience in cleaning, construction, or field service is a plus, but not required—training provided.
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
