Final Inspector

Final Inspector - Hadley, PA

Temporary, 8-9 month position.

Pay: Starting at $15-16/Hour, possibly more depending on experience.

Shift: 5AM-3PM, Monday-Thursday

Objective: Employee will be responsible for assuring product quality according to customer specifications prior to shipment. This individual must possess the curiosity to seek guidance when products show variance or unique qualities from normal production.

Prerequisites:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic Math Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Must be able to read and interpret shop prints
• Must have working knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control)
• Able to use hand-held measurement devices
• Good eye-sight in both eyes (corrected or otherwise)
• Good Manual dexterity.

• Must be patient and able to be interpreted repeatedly without outward frustration
• Must be physically capable of assigned duties
• Must follow instructions; both explicit and implicit
• Must handle multiple small dimensional products
• Must be able to work at a fast, steady pace with minimal supervision
• Must work well with others in close proximity
• Must maintain customer records in an orderly and secure manner

Physical Requirements:

• Periodically required to lift 50 lbs.
• Physical dexterity and eye-hand coordination required
• Must be clean and well groomed
