Foreman

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented on-site Foreman to join our construction management team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and site supervision, with a passion for delivering high-quality results. You will play a pivotal role in managing project workflows, overseeing safety protocols, and collaborating with diverse teams to drive project success.

Duties

• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of all phases
• Oversee construction site activities, supervising teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety standards, including OSHA regulations
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Manage project budgets by estimating costs, and tracking expenses
• Utilize construction site experience to troubleshoot issues promptly while maintaining safety and efficiency at all times

Experience

• Proven management experience in construction projects with supervising responsibilities
• Extensive construction site experience across various phases of building projects
• Strong understanding of construction management practices, including budgeting, blueprint reading, and estimating techniques
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
