Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor/Supervisor to join our construction team. As a Supervisor/Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project managers
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or deficiencies
- Train and mentor construction crew members
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor, materials, and equipment usage
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction projects

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Supervisor/Supervisor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
- Solid understanding of budgeting and cost control principles
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
