Austin Tri-Hawk Automotive currently has openings for the position of Assembly Driver and Shipping associate on 1st and 2nd shift!

Must have at least 4 months experience of a sit-down, propane forklift.

Must be 18 years or older.

No felonies in the last 3 years.

Valid proof of work eligibility.

Responsibility:

Assist coordination for inbound and outbound freight, including material flow within plant.

Support (ATA) efforts to promote Corporate Social Responsibility, (CSR) and ensure activities are carried out in cooperation with G-TEKT CSR, and Corporate Governance initiatives and activities to ensure compliance in functional areas of responsibility. Support the Corporate Governance Policy of Austin Tri-Hawk Automotive and the Objectives of:

Accountable to

Manager Logistics

Qualifications

Forklift license;

Just in Time Delivery systems;

Leadership

Model proper, respectful and courteous communications with all associates and guests.

Ensure compliance to all safety procedures.

Assist manager and lead team in specifically assigned duties of production control, inventory control, material handling, product shipments and/or customer service.

Service

Ensure timely product delivery.

Ensure facility safety and forklift safety around associates.

Assist to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain inventory levels.

Assist yearly physical inventory accuracy

Support ISO-9001 requirements.

Comply with all OSHA forklift regulations.

Operations

Maintain driving licenses for forklifts and tuggers.

Transport product within facility in accordance with material flow.

Load and unload all trucks for shipping and receiving purposes.

Maintain proper documentation for inbound and outbound transportation.

Assist shop floor leadership with communications regarding inventory levels amongst all ATA areas.

Maintain daily fork truck inspection documentation.

Ensure timely disposal of scrap materials and facilitate trailer changes.

Verify that incoming product to match PO to verify shipment.

Responsible to correct product and quantity are shipped to SIA.

Responsible for trash compactor.

Receive and distribute incoming stock receipt

Receive inbound freight.

Schedule trucks

Enter all Receiving

Keep a log of all outsource parts

Other duties assigned by the Manager LogisticsResponsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
