Fruit Center Marketplace is a family-owned specialty food store known for high-quality products and outstanding customer service.

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic customer-focused associate to join our team. As part of our Front-End Team, customer service is your top priority. You’ll work closely with team members and customers to ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs effectively
• Accurately ring orders, bag groceries, and process payments
• Maintain a balanced and organized cash drawer
• Assist with daily operations including running shifts, price changes, and back-office tasks
• Help train and support team members by offering feedback and guidance
• Communicate with other key team members to keep front end operations running smoothly
• Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties
• Keep the front end clean, organized, and efficient

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Interest in management and leadership development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
• Ability to take direction and respond well to coaching

Schedule:

• Weekend availability
• Some evening shifts required (store closes at 7 PM) Available till 8PM
• Holiday availability required
