Full job description

Employment: Year-round
Location: Single property

Job Duties:

  • Mowing lawns
  • Maintaining well water supplied sprinkler systems
  • Maintaining city water supplied sprinkler systems
  • Weed pulling and general yard cleanup
  • Leaf blowing and debris removal
  • Snow removal during winter months
  • Loading and moving firewood
  • General outdoor labor and property maintenance
  • Occasional miscellaneous labor tasks

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items
  • Comfortable working on ladders
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Experience with basic landscaping tools preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Experience pulling a trailer
  • Familiar with well pumps
  • Familiar with sprinkler systems - valve repair and Maintenance
