  • Document client interactions and compose correspondence in accordance with program guidelines
  • Coordinate closely with Home Visitors, Connect personnel, and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high productivity standards
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities
  • Support quality initiatives as part of the Quality Assurance Department

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree Preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in public health, social services, human services, or maternal/child health
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfort with technology, including Google Workspace and office applications
  • A compassionate, client-centered approach and commitment to empowering families
  • Bilingual in Spanish - Preferred

Work Environment

  • 100% remote position
  • Highly structured and closely monitored performance environment, with daily, weekly, and quarterly productivity and quality expectations
  • Clear benchmarks and accountability measures to support consistent outcomes
  • Collaborative team environment with ongoing support and supervision
