Full job description

Our team is looking for a hardworking, friendly, and enthusiastic host/host to join their team. The responsible candidate will be expected to greet and seat guests, answer questions about the menu, check on food and drink orders as they come in, and smile as they help customers have a great time in our casual dining setting. The right individual will work well in a fast-paced environment and cleanly manage multiple tables at once.

Responsibilities:

  • Seat customers in a timely manner.
  • Be familiar with the menu and food preparation.
  • Be able to answer questions about food, drinks, and specials.
  • Take orders from customers.
  • Communicate with the kitchen staff to coordinate orders.
  • Take care of customer complaints.
  • Be personable and friendly to all customers.
