Job Title: Part-Time Cleaner

Location: Niceville, FL (servicing Niceville, Fort Walton Beach, and Destin)
Job Description:
Coast & Key Property Services is a growing, family-owned business seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. This role involves residential and vacation rental cleaning, including turnover services and occasional deep cleans. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can help us maintain our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and vacation rental cleanings
- Complete turnover cleanings within scheduled timeframes
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards
- Restock supplies and report any maintenance or damage issues
- Work independently or alongside a team when needed
Qualifications:
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation is required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time, flexible scheduling (may include weekends depending on vacation home bookings)
- Hours will vary based on workload and season
- Competitive pay based on experience (discussed during interview)
