Full job description

Property management company looking for a full-time Housekeeper for an apartment community in Brunswick.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Maintain the to a standard of excellence that reflects the quality of care we provide our residents.
Main all common areas and laundry rooms
Follow the housekeeping schedule as well as provide housekeeping assistance for any emergency cleaning tasks.
Responsible for helping to maintain the entire property in an attractive, comfortable condition
Assist in trash pickup on the property
Pool area and amenity clean up
Assists in all types of cleaning, when necessary and as requested
Assists in completing the clean on turnovers/make ready of vacant units
Ensure the housekeeping cart is clean, stocked and organized.
