Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly professional Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, department managers and employee relations. This is a critical role in our organization, serving as a trusted point of contact for employees while maintaining clear professional boundaries and supporting company standards, compliance, and accountability.

This position requires experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment and the flexibility to grow with the needs of an expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
• Administer employee benefits, workers’ compensation claims, and leave programs
• Manage employee relations matters, documentation, and appropriate escalation
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA requirements, and internal policies
• Maintain accurate personnel files and HR records
• Utilize HR systems and tools for data entry, reporting, and documentation
• Support training, safety documentation, and workforce development efforts

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial settings preferred.
• Working knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance
• Familiarity with OSHA, FMLA, and employment law requirements
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism
• Comfortable balancing employee support with a company-first HR mindset
• Adaptable and flexible in a growing organization

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• HR Generalist : 5 years (Required)
• Manufacturing/Industrial : 3 years (Preferred)
