API Nation helps real estate businesses connect the software they rely on and automate the workflows that keep their operations moving. We work with CRMs, lead sources, transaction systems, marketing platforms, and back-office tools so data flows cleanly and routine work happens automatically.

We’re looking for an Implementation Lead who can turn a client’s messy, real-world workflow into a clear automation plan our team can deliver and the client can use to improve how their business runs.

This is a hands-on implementation role. It does not manage direct reports. You’ll work between clients, software, details, and engineering from discovery through launch, making sure the plan is clear, the build stays aligned, and the client receives value from what was delivered.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead client implementations from discovery through launch. That means understanding the business outcome, defining the workflow clearly, and helping deliver automation that works in the client’s day-to-day business.

In this role, you will:

  • Run discovery calls to understand the client’s workflow, systems, data, success criteria, and business outcome
  • Turn client needs into clear automation requirements, including triggers, field mappings, routing logic, exceptions, and expected behavior
  • Present proposed workflows in plain language so clients can confirm the plan before build begins
  • Keep clients, engineering, and internal stakeholders aligned through testing, launch readiness, and handoff so the automation works in the client’s real workflow
  • Identify scope changes, clarify ambiguity, and improve implementation documentation over time

What We’re Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you have experience in SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, workflow automation, integrations, business analysis, solutions consulting, or a similar client-facing technical role.

You do not need to be a software engineer, but you do need to understand systems, data, logic, and the importance of getting details right before something is built.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience leading or supporting technical implementations, SaaS onboarding, integrations, or workflow automation projects
  • Strong client-facing communication and written documentation skills
  • Comfort working with developers, technical teams, or implementation engineers
  • Strong attention to detail around edge cases, exceptions, scope, and process logic
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects without losing track of details
  • Willingness to ask direct questions and push for clarity when something is vague

Helpful experience includes APIs, iPaaS tools, CRM systems, lead routing, data sync, real estate software, workflow specs, AI-assisted documentation, or workflow automation platforms.
