Injection Mold Setup Technician - Corry, PA

Pay: Starting at $16-$19/Hour, depending on experience

Overview
We are seeking an Injection Mold Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts efficiently.

Duties:

• Operate injection molding machines to fabricate plastic parts
• Perform quality inspections on finished products using precision measuring instruments
• Assemble and pack plastic parts according to specifications
• Monitor and adjust machine settings using logic controllers
• Knowledge of plastics extrusion processes
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area
• Utilize hand tools such as calipers for measurements
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Injection Mold Operator or similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in operating injection molding machines
• Ability to perform quality inspections and use precision measuring instruments
• Knowledge of plastics extrusion processes is a plus
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Familiarity with hand tools and calipers for measurements
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
