Job Description: Account Executive (Medical Equipment)

The Account Executive is an inside sales position primarily responsible for driving repeat sales revenue from existing customers by promoting the full range of products and services offered. This role also requires promptly following up on abandoned shopping carts, re-engaging customers with declined estimates, and reviving lost sales opportunities. Success in this position demands a proactive sales mindset, deep product knowledge, strong rapport and relationship-building skills, and a consistent commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs to foster long-term partnerships.

Core Responsibilities:

• Current customer relationship development to include follow-up calls for newly invoiced customers to introduce the full BME list of services/products, send welcome packets, and present all service options.
• Abandoned Cart phone calls/emails with a high sense of urgency to capture a sale to an active and interested prospective customer.
• Expired Estimates/Opportunities to reignite interest and capture new equipment sales or repair services.
• Manage a growing Sales Funnel (Opportunities) with accurate monthly forecasting and projections.
