We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Wood River branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a stable, family-owned company in the transportation and industrial equipment industry.

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, maintaining inventory flow, and delivering exceptional service both over the phone and at the parts counter.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotes
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Pull and stage inventory orders for customers and shipping
• Replenish stock and maintain organized inventory
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities
• Build relationships with existing customers and help grow accounts
• Work closely with branch and outside sales teams to support customer needs
• Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, inside sales, or parts experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Mechanical aptitude or trucking industry experience is a plus
• Tank trailer, transportation, or heavy-duty parts knowledge is highly preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Karmak Fusion is preferred but not required

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Ability to lift and move parts as needed
