Full job description
Hilbilt-Lufkin, the manufacturer of HilBilt dump bodies as well as HilArk dump trailers and pup trailers, is hiring for an Installation Technician at HilBilt-Lufkin in Benton AR. This position works under the direction of the Shop Supervisor to complete the installation of specialty truck equipment such as service utility bodies, stake bodies, dump bodies, hitches, and other commercial truck accessories.
$18-20/hr, increase in 90 days, 180 days, and annually.
Typical schedule - Day shift, Monday - Friday, 8hrs + lunch break
Responsibilities:
Follow safety rules and comply with all PPE requirements.
Install truck bodies, dump beds, plows, commercial truck accessories, etc
Mount hitches, shelves, drawers, ladder racks, mud flaps, etc.
Basic welding experience (helpful)
Train with other mechanics as needed
Other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager
Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment is a must.
Required Credentials
Basic mechanical knowledge
Basic welding skills, electrical wiring, hydraulics, etc.
Ability to operate power hand tools (and basic tools)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
