Responsibilities:
Inventory Maintenance:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against invoices and ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the overall inventory holding areas.
- Perform routine inventory cycles to ensure accuracy of stock.
Physical Inventory Processing:
- Play a vital role in the preparation and processing of physical inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to accurately record inventory levels and update databases or systems accordingly.
- Implement efficient stock rotation practices to minimize product expiration and waste.
Merchandising Support:
- Assist in generating and analyzing merchandising reports to optimize inventory levels.
- Work closely with the merchandising to ensure products are appropriately stocked and presented.
Cleanliness and Organization:
- Implement and uphold standard operating procedures for inventory cleanliness and organization to ensure efficient stock retrieval and enhance overall operational efficiency.

- Ability to meticulously inspect and record stock and inventory data with precision.
Organizational Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly inventory system.

- Work effectively within a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve company goals.

- Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced work environments.
Communication:
- Effective communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous experience in inventory management or related field is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
