Lead IT Technician (Williamsville, NY )
If you’re looking for an exciting, never dull IT job, this is it. We are constantly adopting new technologies and implementing them for our clients. No two days are the same.
We have an immediate opening for an experienced IT Technician. This is a full-time position and will require a minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead technician in the field. Experience leading a team of technicians and following through on projects from start to completion is a must.
Required Duties:
Setup and maintain Windows Server domains
Troubleshoot complex server/workstation issues
Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Online
Server/Workstation migrations
Network setup (Firewall, VPN - Typically Sonicwall)
General computer maintenance, virus removal
Work directly with clients in the field to resolve issues
Ideal Technician will possess all of the skills above plus:
Phone and Data wiring expertise
Audio/Video equipment knowledge
Good knowledge of building construction
Required:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Reliable transportation
Excellent knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
5 years full-time IT technician experience
