Key Holder/Sales Associate

We’re looking for a Part Time Key Holder / Sales Associate who brings heart, hustle, and genuine hospitality to the floor. Someone who knows that good service starts with a great hello—and knows how to make people feel seen, not just sold to. If you are someone who enjoys building relationships with regulars and making people feel welcome in a shop, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of the shop—greet every guest like they just walked into your favorite neighborhood hangout
• Help customers explore our mix of apparel, accessories, grooming, barware, books, home goods, and gifts
• Share product knowledge in an authentic, friendly way (you don’t need to know it all—just be curious and eager to learn)
• Keep the shop looking sharp: stock, straighten, and style the floor with intention and care
• Handle purchases and returns efficiently through our POS system
• Support the team in creating an atmosphere that’s stylish, welcoming, and inclusive

Who You Are:

• A natural conversationalist who can make anyone feel at home
• Enthusiastic about great design, thoughtful products, and helping people discover new favorites
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive—you notice what needs to be done and jump in
• Ideally, you have retail or service experience, but more important is a great attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexible and able to work weekends or holidays when needed

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
