At Brown Design and Construction, we take pride in delivering high-quality kitchens, bathrooms, basements and additions that exceed client expectations. We are looking for an experienced, and motivated Lead Framing Carpenter to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Lead Framing Carpenter at Brown Designs you will be responsible for leading and performing a variety of carpentry tasks related to building, remodeling, and maintenance of structures. You will lead our team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
  • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures.
  • Install doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other workers.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Assist with material ordering and job site preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Framing Carpenter or similar role in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good physical condition and stamina for lifting and carrying heavy materials.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
