We’re a family-built remodeling company serving the Portland metro area, and we’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Carpenter to join our team. What You’ll Be Doing

Remodel and manage high-end kitchen and bathroom projects
Perform home protection, demo, framing, light plumbing/electrical work
Install cabinets, tile, flooring, doors, millwork & more
Repair drywall, paint walls, ceilings & trim, install fixtures
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and trade partners
Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful jobsite in clients’ homes
Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members
Follow plans, specifications, and Highland Ridge processes
Train and develop a Carpenter Apprentice day-to-day
Ensure all work meets our quality standards and local building codes

Ideal Experience (Any of the Following)

Design-build residential remodeling
Kitchen and bath remodeling
Basic plumbing & electrical experience

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
