At STLF Diesel Repair, we are a trusted provider of mobile diesel repair and fleet maintenance services in Central Missouri. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team.

Job Overview:

As a Lead Diesel Mechanic at STLF Diesel Repair, you’ll play a key role. Diagnostics and repairs on customer equipment: in depth engine, transmissions, aftertreatment, and trailer repairs. As well as leading and mentoring with newer technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PM and repair on customer equipment such as trucks, trailers, forklifts, and equipment etc.
  • Emergency service calls when necessary
  • Uphold safety standards and company procedures
  • Maintain a good working relationship with customers at all times

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a heavy truck shop
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites within the region

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25, with potential bonus of up to $15 additional per hour billed.

Expected hours: 40 Per Week
