Oculus Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to make a difference in our Long-Term Care facilities located in Chilhowie, VA.
- 7pm-7am

Shifts Available:
- 7pm-7am
- Must be available every other weekend
LPN Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest level of care
- Monitor patient health and administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
Requirements to Apply:
- Updated Resume
- VA LPN License
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Valid ID & Social Security Card
- Two References (written or contact info)
- Physical Exam, PPD/QuantiFERON, MMR, Flu Shot (or declination), COVID-19 Vaccination (or exemption)
