Duties:

- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under the guidance of physicians.

- Monitor and report any changes in patients' vital signs or changes in condition.

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Requirements:

Experience:

- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).

- Familiarity with electronic and paper medical record systems.

Skills:

- Ability to safely lift and transfer patients when necessary.

Note: Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on operational needs.
