Full job description

Machine Operator -Our client, a processer of customer-owned steel bar stock, is looking to hire experienced machine operators to run turners and straighteners at their Wickliffe location.

Shift:

  • 1st shift: 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, mandatory overtime as needed.
  • Must be available to work 4AM-4:30PM

Pay: $18-$20/hr, Weekly Paycheck

Duties:

  • Running and maintaining assigned machine
  • Ensure material worked with and inspected matches work order
  • Provide any necessary lubrication to steel bars prior to starting work orders
  • Follows all MPL instructions on work orders
  • Complete paperwork necessary to job

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs continuously
  • Must pass pre-employment screening and drug screen
  • Must be comfortable working in various temperatures and weather conditions
  • Must be comfortable working in non-temperature controlled environments at all times of year
  • Prior machine operator experience is required
