Full job description

Night Shift: from 6:00 PM to 6:00AM.

The Machine Operator is responsible for producing high-quality powder and/or liquid based dietary supplement products by operating various filling and packaging equipment. The role includes ensuring that all quality and safety processes are being maintained, continuously improving efficiencies, performing quality checks, and complying with cGMP's. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuously improving performance and producing products that meet all quality expectations with zero rejections.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor equipment of the production line

Complete documentation and quality checks, fill out paperwork accurately

Monitor packaging quality

Adjust filler timing and filling

Troubleshoot and resolve operating difficulties

Collect samples for Quality Assurance testing

Ensure proper packaging materials are used

Knowledge and experience with labeler operations

Perform filler and filler line changeovers safely

Clean equipment and work area

Prepare equipment for next run

Fill out paperwork accurately

Analyze process data to improve quality and troubleshoot

Identify continuous improvement opportunities

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety protocols

Maintain a clean, safe work area

Follow all required safety practices

Report any food safety and food quality issues

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

6 months related experience

Basic math skills

Experience in food and beverage manufacturing is a plus

Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and work in a wet/dusty environment

Must be able to lift 45 pounds including overhead

Ability to work flexible hours and in a team environment

Good verbal and written communication skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
