Maintenance Assistant

Wildomar Senior Assisted Living | Wildomar, CA

Do you enjoy fixing things, working with your hands, and helping others? Are you the person friends and family call when something needs to be repaired? If so, we'd love to meet you.

Wildomar Senior Assisted Living is looking for a friendly, dependable Maintenance Assistant to help keep our community looking its best. More than just maintaining a building, you'll help create a welcoming and comfortable home for the seniors who live here.

What You'll Do

Complete maintenance requests and repairs throughout the community
Assist with painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance
Help prepare apartments for new residents
Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
Maintain outdoor areas and grounds
Ensure community equipment and systems are operating properly
Assist with safety checks and regulatory compliance
Work closely with residents, families, and team members to address maintenance needs
Help create a clean, attractive, and comfortable environment for everyone

What We're Looking For

Previous maintenance, handyman, facilities, apartment maintenance, or building maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or property management is a plus
