Job Overview
Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in North Olmsted, OH.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician

● Perform maintenance and repair services for the property

● A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others

● Provide good customer service

  • Positive attitude with residents

● Follow the instructions of the Property Manager and prioritize work accordingly

● Suite preparation as units vacate

● Respond to requests for maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs

● Employee will have on call duties-24hr maintenance

Maintenance Technician Must have knowledge in the following areas:

● HVAC

● Plumbing

● Carpentry

● Electric

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
