Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and equipment through routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role requires a strong understanding of logic controllers, facilities maintenance, and customer service skills to effectively address the needs of our clients.

Duties

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize logic controllers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery and systems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or improvements.
Use tools such as an Ohmmeter to diagnose electrical problems.
Supervise maintenance staff when required, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly.
Assist with residential painting projects as needed, ensuring high-quality finishes.

Requirements

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks.
Proficient in the use of tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
Ability to fabricate parts or components as necessary for repairs.
Excellent supervisory skills with experience leading a team preferred.
Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks.
A commitment to safety standards and practices in all maintenance activities.
