Job description:

General Purpose of Position: Performs routine manual work and labor under direct supervision. Operates vehicles and equipment of various types.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs minor repairs to buildings, facilities, and service equipment.
Operates trucks and tractors.
Operates snowplows and performs snow removal operations.
Operates chain saws, trimmers, lawn mowers and other powered and manual maintenance equipment and tools.
Installs mailboxes and signs.
Performs roadside vegetation control, drainage maintenance and pavement maintenance and repair.
Performs cleaning services to all Facilities, Vehicles and Equipment.
Arranges furniture and sets up rooms in the Clubhouse for special and recurring functions.
Picks up trash/debris on grounds. Empties trash containers daily or as needed. Completes other tasks and assignments as required.
