Marketing Coordinator
Houston Region · Reports to Senior Regional Marketing Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator provides direct operational support to the Senior Regional Marketing Manager in the execution of community marketing programs across OnSpire's Houston portfolio. This role handles the day-to-day coordination tasks that keep campaigns moving: tracking timelines, preparing assets, pulling reports, and keeping materials current. Partners with the Senior Manager and support focus on builder relationships, campaign strategy, and performance.
This is a detail-oriented, support-first position well suited to someone early in their marketing career who wants to build broad hands-on experience across digital, email, social, and print channels in the new home development environment. Regular visits to community master planned projects inside of the Houston MSA is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Senior Regional Marketing Manager in maintaining community content calendars, campaign timelines, and asset delivery schedules in ClickUp (or equivalent platform); proactively flag upcoming deadlines and gaps.
- Assist with the preparation and routing of community marketing assets, including digital ads, email templates, social content, signage, and printed collateral, ensuring materials are accurate and ready for the Senior Manager's review before deployment.
- Pull and organize weekly community-level performance data (traffic, leads, inquiry-to-visit conversion) from digital dashboards and format into reports for the Senior Manager's use.
- Support email campaign execution by managing list pulls, populating templates, completing QA checklists, and coordinating with the centralized digital team under the Senior Manager's direction.
- Help keep Welcome Center materials, signage, and printed collateral current and brand compliant by coordinating reprints, deliveries, and on-site restocking as directed.
- Assist with event logistics for grand openings, phase releases, and builder and realtor events, handling material preparation, vendor coordination, and checklist tracking on behalf of the Senior Manager.
- Maintain organized community marketing files, shared asset libraries, and vendor contact lists so the Senior Manager and team can locate materials quickly.
- Distribute approved marketing materials, incentive updates, and release schedules to builder and Welcome Center teams as directed by the Senior Manager.
- Track community-level marketing expenses against budget, log receipts, and flag variances to the Senior Manager for review.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all outgoing assets, confirming accuracy of pricing, community details, incentives, and brand standards before submission for approval.
SUCCESS METRICS
- Deliverable timelines and content calendars kept current; the Senior Manager is never caught off guard by a
missed deadline or late asset.
- Weekly performance reports compiled accurately and on schedule so the Senior Manager can act on the data
without having to chase it.
- Welcome Center and event materials consistently current, complete, and brand compliant ahead of every
community touchpoint.
- Asset libraries and files organized so any team member can locate what they need without assistance.
- QA review catches errors before assets reach the Senior Manager or go out the door.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant, or administrative support role, ideally within real estate, new home building, property development, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active tasks, track deadlines, and keep projects organized using a project management platform (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or equivalent).
- Working familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email, paid social, and digital display, and a basic ability to read and organize performance data.
- High attention to detail with consistent QA habits; comfortable catching errors in copy, pricing, and visual assets before they move forward.
- Clear written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and on-site staff.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Houston region for community visits, Welcome Center support, and on-site events (estimated 15-25% local travel).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background and drug screen.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting a marketing manager or team in a new home community, builder, or residential developer environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, or Google Ads at a support or reporting level.
- Experience coordinating materials for events, model homes, or showrooms.
- Comfort working within brand templates and established creative frameworks without deviating from guidelines.
