The Role:

Eckoh is seeking a driven and versatile Marketing Manager, US to support the continued expansion of our presence in the North American market. This is a newly created role designed for a marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.

As a key contributor within a lean, high-performing global marketing team, the Marketing Manager will play an integral role in driving demand, supporting partner initiatives, and accelerating customer growth. This individual will work across multiple marketing disciplines and take ownership of initiatives from concept through execution, helping position Eckoh as a trusted provider in the Contact Center, Security, and AI landscape.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of US B2B marketing dynamics and experience marketing to senior technical and business leaders, including CTOs, CISOs, and Heads of Customer Experience.

Key Functional Responsibilities:

Campaign & Demand Generation

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, content, webinars, and outbound support
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, with a focus on pipeline and revenue impact

Events & Field Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and represent Eckoh at US-based in-person events including tradeshows, industry conferences, partner events, and roadshows
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize event ROI and follow-up engagement

Partner Marketing

  • Partner closely with the Head of Partnerships to design and execute co-marketing programs
  • Support partner-led demand generation through joint campaigns, events, and enablement assets

Customer Marketing

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop account-based marketing programs focused on customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Execute targeted one-to-one and one-to-few initiatives to support account expansion and customer advocacy

Reporting & Performance Measurement

  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, including campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related discipline
  • 4–6 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on demand generation or growth marketing
  • Demonstrated experience marketing to technical and executive audiences within complex sales environments
  • Experience in Contact Center, Security, AI, or enterprise SaaS environments strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and execute with minimal oversight
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
